RECIPE: My Version of Omelette


Omelette is everyone’s childhood breakfast and with just a few ingredients you’re going to have a delicious meal. With that, I wanna share with you guys my version of omelette. Below are the ingredients.

Preparation time: 5 mins Cooking time: ~15 mins Serving size: 1 person

2 Eggs – (medium size)
1/2 Part small white onions
1pc Ham
Cheese (Parmesan)

Whisk your eggs and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese then set aside.

Heat the oil and once it is already hot, fry the ham for a bit. Once cooked, set aside then if it is already cool, cut the ham into smaller pieces.

Pour in your whisked eggs with Parmesan cheese. Once the bottom part of the egg starts to form, sprinkle half of the ham and onions. Fold the eggs into 3 parts, wait for 30 seconds then flip it. Cook for the next 15 seconds then remove the pan from the heat and set your omelette aside.

For the toppings: (If needed) pour oil and saute the rest of the onions and wait for it to soften. Then toast the remaining ham. Sprinkle the toppings onto your omelette.
